RETURNS POLICY

At Diesel Freak LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have established the following return policy:

1. All returns must be authorized by Diesel Freak LLC within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Products must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

3. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error.

4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, once the returned product has been received and inspected by Diesel Freak LLC.

6. Special order items and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error.

7. Diesel Freak LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria or is deemed ineligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact Diesel Freak LLC’s customer service team at info@dieselfreak.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product and obtain authorization.
