This cold air intake for the 2011-2016 Chevy / GMC Duramax 6.6L was engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 29.10% better than stock. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat. This 2011-2016 Duramax intake was designed with a secondary inlet, resulting in even better airflow. A silicone plug is included for those who prefer to pull in air only from the fender inlet. This kit was designed to avoid check engine lights with it's properly mapped Mass Air Flow Sensor. This one-piece airbox design features an integrated box seal that keeps out unwanted engine heat.
