I used one of the filters that I bought, to find the correct Pennzoil socket wrench, and with that, the oil change (which I did last Friday, 13 June 25) went far more smoothly and cleanly than most of the oil changes I've done. I've only changed my own oil since 1969, so it's been a minute, and most of them have been messy affairs. This one was far different.
I didn't need to jack up the rig: plenty of room to be on a creeper behind the right front tire. I had plenty of room to get a drain pan under both the filter and the drain plug, so I could keep almost all the mess off my garage floor. Only a few drops made it to the floor.
But the best part was that I didn't have to try to explain to the O'Reilly's guy what a Roxor is, and try random filters to find one that works. The filter that I removed is a twin to the one that I installed, and that's a REALLY good thing. I'm grateful to Diesel Freak that they have the proper parts in stock, ready to ship. Ordering was a piece of cake, and I received the package with my 6 filters (and a spare tire bracket as well) about 5-6 days later.
If you do your own maintenance, Diesel Freak probably has what you need to most jobs. I recommend them highly.
