New in the box, everything but instructions. This Heater kit once offered in the Roxor cab kits by Curtis, they have since been discontinued. Curtis offers no support or instructions for install. We have not installed one in our own shop. Everything is in the box (dash vents, wiring harness, heater core, blower fan, etc) Just no instructions!
